Chamillionaire - Mixtape Messiah 5
We would like to introduce all of you to our newest writer. “Sinister”. He is a rogue mixtape reviewer he writes whatever the fuck he wants to without regard to any of our opinions. He is able to do so because the big homie has been listening to Hip Hop since the early eighties and will school any of you. If your mad or disagree with what he writes, dont email us as there is nothing we can do about it! Check out Sinister every Monday where he will shit all over your favorite mixtape.

Make no mistake, I ain’t new to this. I go way way back like KRS n Just Ice. So, it takes a lot to impress me. Chamillionaire’s Mixtape Messiah #5 is unimpressisive.
When I hear, Messiah I naturally expect to be taken to another level of understanding or awareness. This was a letdown. Chamillionaire should’ve chosen another title if he was gonna recycle so many bars. Definitely not MESSIAH material. Some of the beats were on some lean back and groove shit, but his lyrics are ass, his delivery is ass. I had more fun with the skits in between the tracks then I did with the actual tracks. Chamillionaire needs some serious readjustment. Go back to the drawing board and try it again homie! And this time leave off the title Messiah! Listening to this bored me tremendously. I almost plugged my mp3 in and rocked out to my own tunes while waiting to get thru all 22 tracks. Again, if it wasn’t for the skits, I would’ve trashed this a looong time ago. Swagga Like Koop, End The Fighting, Do Ya Thing, and I Got, kept me bouncing though. But, 4 tracks outta 22 is just pathetic. Are the days of throwing a CD in and letting it flow over? Somebody save me from this downward spiral of mediocre material! Who will step up to the plate and send me over the wall with a GRANDSLAM mixtape. I’m waiting……..

This appears to be a dissapointing mixtape after my first listen. Chamillionaire is my favorite rapper, and this CD is not something I will want to play through again and again.
This was a below average effort from Cham. But, that’s what happends when he tries to put out 3 CD’s of material right before his actual album.
This CD won’t hold you over for very long and it won’t give his new album, Venom, all that much hype.
This is crazy, I’ve seen enough, where’s Scarface. Don’t you guys know that Scarface has a new album coming out December 2nd. “High Powered” is the ish and my peoples told me that it is available on iTunes.
